Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although they all offer a nice balcony and incredible view of Lake Travis, were small and outdated. Unfortunately, my room was not serviced one day, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the service, from the restaurant to room service, was outstanding. The location is a winner, especially for families with kids, offering infinity pools and a play area, and providing a lovely view over the lake. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs, with a delicious and varied breakfast at T & R restaurant but some cooked items needing improvement. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but there were some issues with added gratuity on overpriced drinks and lackluster quality in parts of the dining experience.
The resort offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff and a great location on the banks of Lake Travis. The dining experience could use some improvement, but overall, it's a nice place to stay.
I booked a room with balcony but didn't get the expected lake view. Despite the bad smell in the room and questionable bedding, my wife and I managed to make the best of our stay. The service made up for any inconveniences, and the location offered options for exploration. However, the dining experience was very disappointing with cold coffee and dirty dishes.
The hotel had spacious, scrupulously clean rooms with all expected comforts and a wide view of the lake, but there was a bad smell on the carpet. The service was friendly, although not very attentive at times. The location was amazing, right on the banks of Lake Travis with plenty to do at the resort. The dining experience had a great variety of choices at the T&R restaurant breakfast buffet, but some found it overpriced.
